RCN Redefines the Customer Experience

Boston (July 18, 2012) – RCN Boston announced today the launch of Customer Appreciation Days, a month-long promotion aimed at connecting RCN customers with valuable perks simply for being RCN customers. RCN serves West Roxbury along with 17 other communities in greater Boston.

Throughout the duration of Customer Appreciation Days, every RCN customer with access to On Demand is eligible for a Free On Demand movie coupon simply by contacting a customer service representative by phone, during a service call, in person at an RCN office, or by visiting rcn.com/customer-center.

RCN Customers can also choose from a number of other perks when they make contact with a customer service representative, including tech-forward service special offerings such as TiVo Whole Home Bundle to High-Speed Internet.

In addition, customers can log on to RCN Boston’s website and enter to win Grand Prizes including 12 months of TiVo Whole Home Bundle for FREE, 12 months of RCN High-Speed Internet service, or 12 FREE On Demand movie coupons.
