Happy 100th birthday to Concetta "Connie" Falanga of West Roxbury!
Members of Ethos' homecare management team and the Commissioner for Affairs of the Elderly for the City of Boston helped Concetta "Connie" Falanga of West Roxbury celebrate her 100th birthday on Thursday.
Falanga was presented with flowers and a birthday cake. Commissioner Emily presented her with a signed certificate from Mayor Thomas Menino, honoring Falanga on her birthday.
