Wow, there are a lot of dentists in West Roxbury. D.D.S., D.M.D., C.A.G.S., P.C. and more. Who knows what those intiitals stand for - possibly only the kind and gentle people who fill your cavities, check your incisors and ask to see your pearly whites.
So which dentist is the Best Dentist of West Roxbury? In last week's Best Of, West Roxbury Patch asked you which place served the Best Breakfast, and the Rox Diner won overwhelmingly.
And for the record, a D.D.S. is a Doctor of Dental Surgery. A D.M.D. is A Doctor of Dental Medicine. And a C.A.G.S. is a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study. P.C. stands for Professional Corporation.

Harry Treon (Dental Collaberative) on corner of Waskington st/Cornell St, Roslindale is very kind and competent. My family has been going to him for 20 years. He is wonderful with kids and adults.

Drs. Bankhead and Groipen - especially Kirk Bankhead. Kind, gentle, great with the kids, my kids ask to go see him! The staff there are awesome too.

Dr. Katsaras from Dental Health Works is a wonderful dentist. He is gentle and professional. He really knows what he is doing and is up on the latest techniques. I have been to many of other dentists before Dr. Katsaras and they were never that patient, kind and professional. Not only that, but he is reasonable. I wish I had found Dr. Katsaras before.

Dr Spagnuolo and Dr O' Neill are both wonderful skilled dentists with super support staff. They are kind and caring to all their patients. The lovely ladies at the front desk always go out of their way to be helpful. Just a great dental practice.

Gentle Dental is great. Front desk is very friendly. Dentists are very professional. Prices are good for a dental office. Happy to be a Gentle Dental patient.

I was visiting Boston from Oregon when one of my molars started causing me GREAT pain. I went to Dr. Katsaras and he was wonderful. He took x-rays, examined my teeth in the area causing the pain and even sent the x-rays back with me to Oregon so that I could give them to my regular dentist. He was kind and sincerely cared about my discomfort. If I lived in the Boston area he would become my dentist!

Dr. Katzars from Dental Health Works is a super dentist. He makes you feel comfortable, he is very uplifting and unlike many other dentists who would rather over charge with unnessesary prosedures, he tells you exactly what needs to be done. Good people in this office!!
