Cash Register Stolen During Break-in of Spring Street Cafe
Only $15 in coins was in register, said owner.
The Spring Street Cafe was broken into around midnight on Saturday night as thieves made off with the cash register and some coins in the register.
Upon arrival Boston Police saw the glass front door was broken, according to a police report. Officers were able to get in touch with the owner, who said that only $15 in coins had been inside the cash register, which was valued at $700.
The owner was advised to get an alarm system.
