Dorchester Man Arrested for Driving with a Revoked License in West Roxbury
Police noticed the driver perform several driving infractions before pulling him over. The following information is provided by the Boston Police Department, and where charges are mentioned, that does not indicate a conviction.
Boston Police arrested a Dorchester man on July 13 after a background check determined his license was revoked.
Police arrested Dominic Donald Toledo, of 369 Centre St. #1, Dorchester, and charged him with driving with a revoked license; and driving infractions of speeding and unsafe lane changing.
Toledo was observed around 8:54 a.m. by police driving a black 2011 Honda Accord traveling inbound around the 5200 Washington St. area doing approximately 53 mph in a posted 40 mph zone, according to a Boston Police report. The vehicle changed lanes three times failing to use a turn signal. The driver also came from the far left turning lane to the right breakdown lane.
The driver allegedly stated to police that he did not have a drivers license, and he was arrested on the scene.
