Rossiter was previously arrested and charged with distribution of a class B drug on Dec. 18 in Roslindale.

Police first conducted a search warrant at the Cooperative Bank at 40 Belgrade Ave., in Roslindale, and no items of evidentiary value were found, according to a Boston Police report.

A second search of the Cooperative Bank at 36 Spring St., in West Roxbury, yielded $65,300 from a safety deposit box. The money was in seven different packs varying in sizes of $10,000 to $7,300.
