As an editor I often end up with odd things in my car. Maybe it's freshly picked basil, or an orange cone being used a parking spot saver - but yesterday, for me, I had the oddest thing ever in my car: A dressed up mannequin.

The lovely ladies of Top It Off have donated several items for tonight's unofficial mayor of West Roxbury event, which includes a silent auction.

Top It Off lent West Roxbury Patch.com a mannequin, nicknamed Lola, who is showing of the silent auction items: a Brunswick hat, Big Island Scarf and $50 gift certificate to Top It Off.

Stop by tonight at the Irish Social Club at 7 p.m. when the doors open. A suggested donation is $10 at the door that goes to area Parkway charities.
