Ethos is offering a free 6-week workshop for caregivers.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers will take place on Mondays from 6:30-8 p.m. and starts on June 4.
As a caregiver you will learn:
- to reduce stress;
- improve self-confidence;
- balance your life;
- better communicate your feelings;
- increase ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.

The workshop will take place at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Center, 1245 Centre Street, West Roxbury
