A 97-year-old man pleaded not guilty to charges of motor vehicle homicide this week in Barnstable District Court. An 88-year-old woman was killed in that crash that occurred on August 24, according to the Cape Cod Times.

But by no means is this an issue exclusive to the Cape, as it is well-known that West Roxbury has a very large senior citizen population.
