State Sen. Mike Rush's wife, Mary, gave birth to a healthy baby boy, James Joseph Rush, on December 19, 2012.
James Joseph was born at 3:10 p.m. in Boston. He weighed 7.15 lbs.
The family is all doing well, including James' big sister, Ciara.
