Four West Roxbury restaurants, which have quickly been embraced by tastebuds across the neighborhood, had their official ribbon cuttings on Saturday.

Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and Department of Neighborhood Development Acting Director William Cotter joined residents and business owners to celebrate four new restaurants that opened with help from the City of Boston's Office of Business Development and West Roxbury Main Streets: Los Amigos, Red-Eyed Pig, Banh Mi Ngon, and LeanWorks.

These new (and delicious) businesses were able to create more than 30 new jobs in West Roxbury, according to city officials.
