This week's West Roxbury Patch Readers' Choice Poll wants to know - where is the best florist in West Roxbury?
Any day is a good day to buy yourself or someone else flowers. Yet there's also one of the biggest days of the year for florists - Mother's Day on May 13.
So where do you go in West Roxbury to get freshcut flowers? Roses that smell as wonderful as they look, and last so you can smell them for days.
Is it Halls of Tara Florist? Jack Davis Florist of Chestnut Hill? How about Spring Garden? And don't forget Roche Bros and Shaw's.
We'll leave the poll up all week then close voting at 9 a.m. Friday. At noon that day, we'll share your top local pick.

I would not recommend the "Halls of Tara" florist. Had a very bad experience there with the flowers and the manager and was not happy at all.

I do like Exotic Flowers in Roslindale. Rick Canale does a great job, and there's a cute office dog, too. But this is a poll about West Roxbury florists, although it's good to hear about Roslindale florists.

The Halls of Tara is the best, the staff go above and beyond to build a stong connection with the community and it's customers. The flowers and plants are wonderful quality and she has a great selection at the right price. My son and I went to see the easter bunny at the store, what a great way to celebrate with the whole community.!!
