Roxbury Man Arrested for Driving with Suspended License, Cited for Weed
After a traffic stop, police ran the driver's license information, which turned up the charges. The following info is provided by the Boston Police Department and where charges are mentioned, does not indicate a conviction.
Boston Police District E-5 officers arrested a Roxbury man after a database search revealed the man was allegedly driving with a suspended license.
Around 10:55 a.m. on Aug. 24, police arrested Michael X Morales, of 4 Dunmore St. #3, Roxbury, and charged him with driving with revoked or suspended license. He was also issued a Massachusetts civil citation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Police conducted a motor vehicle traffic stop and upon running the driver's license through their cruiser database, it showed the suspect did not have a valid driver's license.
While being searched prior to being transported to District E-5 for booking, police found one small bag marijuana on the suspect. The suspect allegedly said, "I have one small bag of weed."
His vehicle was towed.
