A man who allegedly admitted to stealing $115.99 of goods after walking past the checkout counter at Shaw's will be criminally summonsed to court.

The man was caught by Shaw's Loss Prevention personnel on Sept. 20 around noon and said that he was currently under doctor's supervision for an ongoing heart ailment. 

The man admitted to stealing various products including seafood and dairy.

Police advised Shaw's that the business could issue a trespassing order against the man.
