Taco Bell Cited for Not Having Any Current Licenses

Taco Bell on VFW Parkway cited for four violations, including an expired health permit.

Boston Police detectives issued four premise violations to Taco Bell, after the assistant manager could not produce any active or current licenses.

The Taco Bell, located at 1560 VFW Parkway, was cited for: 1) no current common victualer license; 2) No certificate of occupancy or inspection; 3) an expired health permit; and 4) No site cleanliness license.

The violation was signed for by the assistant manager, according to a Boston Police report.

The report also said detectives noted the restaurant was playing music inside, and the premise does not have an entertainment license allowing it to play music. The restaurant was not cited for this violation.
