Undercover Cops Charge Quincy Man with Selling Pot

The parking lot at the CVS on Washington Street in Roslindale is a known spot by police for drug transactions, and another alleged marijuana dealer can attest to that notion.
Boston Police arrested Jason Juan Cordova, of 45 Morton St. #13, Quincy, and charged him with possession of a class D drug, marijuana, with the intent to distribute.
Around 1:30 p.m on Sept. 20, members of the Boston Police E-5/E-18 Drug Control Unit were in the parking lot at 4600 Washington Street and noticed the suspect exit his vehicle and get into a passenger side door of another car. Officers repositioned their car to get closer. Officers saw the suspect and driver lean towards each other, and officers, believing they had seen a drug deal, exited their vehicles and approached the suspects on foot, according to a Boston Police report.
One officer saw the suspect hand a plastic bag believed to contain marijuana to the driver. Officers got the attention of the vehicle's occupants while displaying their badges.
Officers retrieved a plastic jar with a blue cover that contained five plastic bags with marijuana in them.
The other suspect was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.
