West Roxbury Man Charged with Assault and Battery

Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man on charges of assault and battery on Nov. 10.
On Nov. 10 around 7:20 p.m., Paul Finnegan, of 25 Crosstown Ave., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
According to a Boston Police report, the suspect got into a verbal and physical argument with the victim after coming back from Doyle's in Jamaica Plain.
The victim declined medical attention from Boston EMS.
