The suspect allegedly picked up his ex-wife's Xanax prescription at CVS, but kept it for himself. There was also a threatening voicemail left on victim's phone.
A West Roxbury woman told Boston Police that her ex-husband stole dozens of prescription pills from her home, and filled her Xanax prescription at CVS, but kept it for himself.
On Nov. 15, the Glenellen Road resident said they were arguing about money before he came over. She said he dropped off keys to the house after picking up the prescription, but did not give her the Xanax, according to a Boston Police report.
The victim also discovered that prescription medications were missing along with the lock box that contained them, including: 80 pills of Oxycodone; 6 pills of Moxepril; 15 pills of Bystolic; 40 pills of Omeprazole; 28 pills of Temazepeam; 30 pills of Remerazon; 75 pills of Cyclobenvaprine; and 5 pills of Atorvastatin.
A voicemail from the suspect was also received by the victim that said, "You upset my mother you two-bit whore it's your mother's turn now."
The victim said a check for $75 was also missing from her wallet.
