West Roxbury Woman Charged with Assault, After Allegedly Smashing Victim's Cellphone

Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury woman after she allegedly assaulted and broke a victim's cellphone.
On Dec. 24, around 9:25 p.m., Linda Marie Relto, of 40 Ansonia Road, West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Police spoke with the victim who said he was having a conversation on his cellphone when the suspect grabbed his wrist, twisted it, pushed him, took his cellphone outside and smashed it on the ground, according to a Boston Police report. A witness confirmed the altercation, and that the suspect then went to a different Ansonia Road house acorss the street.
