West Roxbury's business district is doing well, with only five storefront vacancies as of November 19 out of 200 storefront properties! 

In 2012 West Roxbury saw the Vietnamese sandwich shop Banh Mi Ngon join Centre Street's Restaurant Row. LeanWorks has found a home in the Shaw's Plaza. 

A couple steps away from LeanWorks is KokoFitClub, that allows you to come and go and do individualized workouts without needing a trainer present.

And while Belgrade Place is not a business people come and go through, it definitely added its mark to the West Roxbury landscape in 2012.
