A few of Boston's bravest firefighters are offering themselves up this week to a few generous donors. Tonight 10 of the city's bachelor firefighters will be auctioned off for dinner dates. The event is a fundraiser for the department's "Fill the Boot" drive to support MDA, a voluntary health agency that is fighting 43 different neuromuscular diseases through research and education.
