Name: Maya Fischer-Mueller School: Lincoln School, Brookline Accomplishments: Organized bake sales, a car wash and dog walking fundraisers after the hurricane in Haiti. Keys to Awesomeness: "Maya is very sensitive to others feelings and picks up on the smallest things," said her neighbor, Jana Johnson. "She thinks about things and tries to do things to make them better. She is very caring. She is aware of the world beyond her street and the people who live in it. After finishing ninth in the nation with his Declamation last year – a recreation of Robert DeLaughter's speech in the infamous Medgar Evans case, made famous in the 1994 film Ghosts of Mississippi – Donnelly is now finding success with his own Original Oratory speech, “33 Stratford Street,” named for his West Roxbury address.
