DESCRIPTION:Springhouse will host "A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns
  about  Falls" starting on August 15\, 2012. This program is presented b
 y Ethos  AgeWell West Roxbury and is designed to manage falls and increa
 se  activity levels in older adults. Throughout the program\, participan
 ts  will learn to view falls as controllable\, set goals for increasing 
  activity\, make changes to reduce fall risks at home and exercise to  i
 ncrease strength and balance. This is an 8-week class on Wednesdays  fro
 m 1:00 - 3:00pm. This program is free and open to the public. It is  spe
 cifically geared toward those who are concerned about falling\,  interes
 ted in improving balance\, flexibility and strength\, someone who  has f
 allen in the past or someone who has restricted activities due to  falli
