 st Roxbury Branch Library is pleased to announce the appearance of singi
 ng star Ruth Harcovitz in a forthcoming performance of her program\, BRO
 ADWAY CAVALCADE\, a review of American Musical Theater from its early da
 ys up until more recent times\, and including favorite show tunes of the
  senior set.\nThe performance will take place at the West Roxbury Librar
 y on Thursday\, May 10 at 2 PM.&nbsp\; Refreshments will be served follo
 wing the performance.&nbsp\; Come early as space is limited.\nMs. Harcov
 itz\, who is in constant demand throughout the country for her beautiful
  voice and warm personality\, has appeared with opera companies includin
 g the Santa Fe Opera\, Artists Internationale\, and the Opera Company of
  Boston\; as soloist with orchestras\, including Sinfonie by the Sea in 
 Salem\, and in numerous resorts.&nbsp\; Recently returned from a success
 ful singing tour in Florida\, here in Massachusetts she is known for her
  wide variety of thrilling programs\, which always draw large crowds.\nT
