DESCRIPTION:Estate Planning 101 is an exploration of the basic things tha
 t must be done to create an effective estate plan.&nbsp\; It answers the
  questions:&nbsp\; What is probate?&nbsp\; What is a will?&nbsp\; What i
 s a trust? &nbsp\;How much do they cost? How do I decide which approach 
 is right for me?\nThe class reviews the seven real-life issues that even
  the best documents don't address\, and offers a strategy to address tho
 se problems. Particular focus is placed on the importance of proper titl
 ing\, the need to train executors\, trustees\, and other helpers\, and t
 he need to update the legal and financial parts of the plan.\nThe class 
 is highly interactive\; questions are welcome.&nbsp\; It is useful for p
 eople who have done no planning\, as well as for those who want to make 
 sure that their plan will work as intended.&nbsp\; Participants will rec
 eive a loose leaf binder containing forms and checklists to begin their 
 planning\, or to review an existing plan.\nThe class is held in the Lear
 ning Center at 199 Wells Avenue\, Suite 302.&nbsp\; It generally lasts a
 bout 1 &frac12\; to 2 hours\, depending on the level of interaction\, an
