"A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls" includes eight two-hour sessions which begins Wednesday April 4, from 2-4 p.m. at the Area E5 Police Station Community Room, 1708 Centre Street.
This is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults.
There is no cost but you must pre-register as seating is limited. Call 617-477-6699 to register.

The West Roxbury Police Station is at the Holy Name Rotary and polices West Roxbury as well as neighboring Roslindale and a small part of Hyde Park.
The district is led by Capt. James Hasson and has a known reputation for being responsive to residents' concerns and questions.
The community room is used by several local groups and organizations regularly, including the Boy Scouts and the West Roxbury Neighborhood Council.
This is also a voting station for elections.
