 &amp\; coffee. The club motto is "Nobody runs alone!"\nIf you choose to 
 join or renew a membership with the Parkway Running Club\, it&rsquo\;ll 
 be the best &ldquo\;first check&rdquo\; of a new year you&rsquo\;ve ever
  written. Seriously.\nDues are $40 per person and you get: regular group
  runs\, support with long runs in preparation for the Boston Marathon\, 
 first dibs on ride to Hopkington on the club bus\, professionally-coache
 d track sessions in the summer\, guest speakers\, club social events (ea
 t &amp\; runs\, Thirsty Thursdays\, pre &amp\; post marathon parties\, a
 nd holiday party)\, and wicked cool folks to meet up with at local (and 
 destination) races &amp\; events.\nAll abilities welcome. Come join us!
