Saint John Chrysostom's Spring Celebration & Comedy Night will be held on Saturday, April 28, at The Roxbury Latin School, 101 St. Theresa Ave. Cocktail Hour begins at 7 p.m. and the Comedy Show at 8 p.m.
There will be raffles, food, a cash bar and performances. Raffle prizes include tickets to the Red Sox; dinner at local restaurants; and iPad 3 among other great prizes. Auction items include two Madonna tickets; Columbus Day weekend in Ogunquit; a week in September at a 3 bedroom cottage in South Yarmouth; 6 tickets to the BC/Miami football game, among other items.
Proceeds augment the parishes operating expenses. All proceeds benefit your parish, Saint John Chrysostom.

The number on the gate is 1645, and that has nothing to do with the address - it's the year the prestigious Roxbury Latin School was founded. The all boys school for grades seven to 12 offers small classroom sizes, athletic teams, international volunteer opportunities through organizations like Habitat for Humanity, as well as clubs for drama, chess and more.
