Going Rate for Birthday Presents; Chessmaster Charlie; and 'Madagascar 3'
On Thursday, Mt. Washington Bank is hosting a free movie night of 'Madagascar 3' beginning at 7:30 p.m.
- Tis the season... fun pubs, bars and nightlife on the Cape.
- Chessmaster Charlie moderates the Ted D'Amato Chess Club on Monday and Wednesday afternoons in the summer at the West Roxbury Library. The program runs from 2:30-5:30 p.m. for students of the game of all ages and skill levels. This program is funded by the Friends of the West Roxbury Branch Library.
- What's the going rate for birthday presents for kids birthday parties?
- The ReadBoston Storymobile will be making multiple stops per week at four West Roxbury locations this summer to read to children, free books and more! On Wednesdays at 10 a.m. at the Roche Family Community Center, and at 11:15 a.m. at Billings Field, and 12:30 p.m. at the Ohrenberger Community Center. The Storymobile will be at the West Roxbury Library on Thursdays at 6 p.m. Click here for the full schedule.
