Mentoring, Wine Tasting, Book Discussion Wednesday in West Roxbury

1. Blanchards will allow customers to sample 100 wines with cheese pairings as it celebrates its Annual Fall Grand Tasting on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m.

2. Deutsches Altenheim German Centre, the West Roxbury Business and Professional Association and Ethos-AgeWell West Roxbury will host a "Stand up for Seniors - Coffee and Conversation with the Candidates” forum on Friday at 2 p.m. with Boston City Councilor Matt O'Malley and challenger Luis Valerio.

3. A Wednesday morning book discussion group will be held from, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the West Roxbury Library. The Chaperone by Laura Moriarty will be discussed. 

4. Mentoring is available during the school year in all subject areas to students in grades K-8 from 3:30-5:30. On Wednesdays.
