RCN to Host First Ever RCNFest at Paradise Rock Club on September 5th

Free Concert in Partnership with Radio 92.9 WBOS, Country 102.5 WKLB and HOT 96.9 Boston

RCN Boston announced today that it will host the first ever RCNFest in partnership with  Radio 92.9 WBOSCountry 102.5 WKLB and HOT 96.9 Boston on Thursday, September 5th  at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club. The free concert will feature DJ Hustle Simmons, The Todd Biggins Band, Herland Brothers and Gentleman Hall.

 “RCNFest is an exciting way to kick-off the fall season in Boston,” said RCN Boston Vice President and General Manager Jeff Carlson. “Many residents and students are moving to the city in September and this free concert is a way to give back to our customers both new and old.”

 RCNFest is free and open to the public, but attendance is on a first come, first served basis.  Any new RCN customer who signs up for RCN service between August 1st and September 4th will be eligible for VIP Access with a guest for the event.  New customers can show up to the venue with a picture ID to enjoy VIP Access, also provided on a first come first served basis. 

Every year, RCN welcomes new residents and returning students with the year’s best offer.  This year, RCN’s Fall Rush primary package includes 50Mbps High Speed Internet service, Digital TV, HBO and TiVo Premiere.

RCNFest is an 18+ event.  Doors open at 7p.m. and close at 11p.m.
