Roxbury Latin's Patrick Benzan Recognized for McDonald's All American Basketball Nomination

ROXBURY LATIN’S PATRICK BENZAN HONORED FOR 2014 McDONALD’S ALL AMERICAN® GAMES NOMINATION

An area McDonald’s joined Roxbury Latin School in honoring Patrick Benzan for his nomination for the 2014 McDonald’s All American Games. Local owner-operator Robert King presented Benzan with his certificate prior to the boys’ varsity basketball  game.

Benzan was among the nearly 1,000 prep seniors who were nominated to play in the 2014 McDonald’s All American Games.  This year’s list included players from 44 states and the District of Columbia who had been selected by high school coaches, athletic directors, principals and members of the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee. Ten nominated players hailed from Massachusetts – including 2 athletes who attend preparatory schools in New Hampshire.
