Tobin Bridge Work, Permanent Lane Restrictions Resume This Weekend

Restrictions take effect Sunday, April 13 and continue through the fall.

Work resumes this weekend for the final year of the three-year Tobin Bridge project. As part of the project, the travel lanes on the Tobin Bridge will be reduced to two lanes through the work site.

Starting Sunday night April 13, traffic channeling devices will be deployed for these lane restrictions which will remain in effect through the fall.

The project includes steel preservation/repair work and painting.
