West Roxbury Fall Festival Coming to Main Street

The West Roxbury Fall Festival will be held Oct. 19 at the Centre Street YMCA.

West Roxbury Main Streets and the Lyndon School PTA will hold a free festival this month to celebrate the Fall season.

West Roxbury Main Streets  Executive Director Michael Iceland  said the Fall Festival will be held Oct. 19 at the Centre Street YMCA and will include a variety of free fun events including pumpkin decorating,  a hockey shootout, face painting and more offerings for the whole family.

“Like the Taste of West Roxbury, WRMS aims to make this a signature event for years to come and is partnering with area businesses and organizations to make the festival a success,” Iceland said in an email. “Just like the 25 restaurants and countless others in West Roxbury that helped us make The Taste [of West Roxbury] such a success, a number of folks have stepped up to make this event happen. We can’t wait to see it all come together on October 19th at the Y.”
