West Roxbury's Connor Kopp Rocks to Raise Money for Bikes Not Bombs

West Roxbury's Connor Kopp was among 110 students from Massachusetts who performed at "Rock the Bike" - a 3-night benefit concert for Bikes Not Bombs.

Held on Jan. 18-20, the event was presented by Plugged In, a non-profit rock band program in Needham empowering youth ages 8-18 to create positive change in the world through music.

Plugged In will be hosting a housewarming at their new location at 20 Freeman Place in Needham on Sun., Feb. 10 from 4-6 p.m.  

The event is open to anyone interested in becoming part of the Plugged In community as a student, volunteer or board member. During the housewarming you can see the new facility, meet students, teaching and administrative staff, as well as the founders and board of directors.

The spring session of the Plugged In Band Program begins Feb. 25 and is open to ages 8-18. The registration deadline for the spring session is Feb. 15.
