Uno's Restaurant Based in West Roxbury, Hires New CEO
Once in bankruptcy, the Uno Restaurant chain hired Ian Baines as its new CEO and president.
The Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation, with headquarters in West Roxbury, has hired Ian Baines as its new president and CEO, according to the Boston Business Journal.
The restaurant was first established in Texas, but was first franchised in Massachusetts.

Baines is replacing longtime CEO Frank Guidara, who will remain with the company as a part-time consultant until July of 2014, reported the Journal.
The 143-restaurant chain filed for bankruptcy in 2010, as it closed some of its restaurants. But the company has since come out of bankruptcy, according to wikipedia.
