West Roxbury Restaurant Receives Violations During Health Inspection

None of the violations were food related.

Al-Wadi Restaurant received several violations during their Health Inspection earlier this month.

On Oct. 8, the  City of Boston Board of Health noted that a re-inspection is required at the Lebanese Restaurant after it received over 10 violations.

The Board of Health ordered the restaurant to remove chipped/enamel plated pitchers, remove all bowls and cups used for scoops, replace or repair all defective gaskets,  remove large ice buildup and repair compressor as needed in walk-in, reseal all rusty shelving in walk-in.

The restaurant also failed to clean the floor throughout the walk-ins and kitchen/cooking area and did not remove stagnant water from kitchen floor.

None of the violations were food related.

The restaurant’s unexpected Oct. 8 inspection came just a week after they passed an inspection on Oct.1.  They also received violations during a Sept. 30 health inspection.
