It features educational workshops, exercise and balance programs and social events, offered free or at minimal cost to seniors.
Ethos’ AgeWell West Roxbury offers healthy aging classes on a variety of topics including regular physical activity; healthy eating; staying smoke-free and staying socially connected. The generous support from the community will go to continue and grow programming, and to be able to offer AgeWell classes to more seniors.
