Mitchell: The goal of Ethos’ West Roxbury Rocks event is celebrate the fifth anniversary of, and raise funds for, our AgeWell West Roxbury initiative that supports the well-being of elderly and disabled. The program helps seniors "age in place" and offers vital support to their caregivers. It features educational workshops, exercise and balance programs and social events, offered free or at minimal cost to seniors.

Ethos’ AgeWell West Roxbury offers healthy aging classes on a variety of topics including regular physical activity; healthy eating; staying smoke-free and staying socially connected. The generous support from the community will go to continue and grow programming, and to be able to offer AgeWell classes to more seniors.
