What Should Fill Former Pazzo Books Space on Centre Street?

Let us know what you'd like to fill the space in West Roxbury, be it another retail business or a new restaurant.

Several open retail spaces are currently available along Centre Street in West Roxbury these days, and the one we're looking at this week that of the former Pazzo Books at 1898 Centre St.

The former book-store's owner, Tom Nealon, closed the shop to concentrate on rare books as well as continuing to write about the funny ways that books and food intersect at hilobrow.comaccording to the Pazzo website.

Tom and brother Brian Nealon opened the shop in 2003 in Roslindale Square before eventually moving to its current location on Centre Street in West Roxbury. Brian later left to work at the used books social venture More than Words in 2010, leaving Tom to run the store.

Pazzo is one of two book stores in West Roxbury to close this year, the other being the genre-specific Seek Books, and this week, we're looking to West Roxbury residents for recommendations on what should fill the space that was for several years occupied by the used book store.

So, if you had your way, what would you want to fill the space? Another book store? A music store? A new restaurant? Let us know in the comments section below!
