Phil Cotoni, chef at Corrib Pub and Restaurant in West Roxbury visits Joe Murphy at The Chefs’ Table Series kitchen to explain how best to prepare oven roasted cod with blackened sea scallops.  Both Phil and Joe share cooking tips and techniques for you, the viewers to learn and use in your homes.

Carol O'Connor, co-host of this instructional cooking show, along with Tony Bligh of The Corrib visit Constitution Seafoods located at 8 Seafood Way in Boston.  Carol interviews Jack Leist of Constitution Seafoods on the process of gathering the freshest fish and having it transported to the Corrib Restaurants.
