  1. Tonight the West Roxbury Civic and Improvement Association is meeting at 7 p.m. at St. Stephen's United Methodist Church. The scheduled agenda includes Mark Cardarelli and Tim McCarthy of the Boston Public Works Department discuss the utility work being done in the neighborhood and when streets will be repaved. This meeting is open to the public. $10 dues for membership to assocation.

Tonight West Roxbury Saves Energy is presenting on how to Pay Less for Your Heating and Cooling about the latest technology for heating and cooling your home, known as TCC, or Total Climate Control—energy efficiency that saves you money.   3. On Thursday night, Congressman , will be the guest speaker at the Ward 20 Democratic Committee meeting. 7 p.m. West Roxbury Pub Function Room, 1885 Centre St. The meeting is open to the public. Free.
