The Circulation Department staff at Copley Square Boston Public Library aren't the most communicative people. Enquiries aren't answered knowledgeably. The counter service setup isn't user friendly. When there are long lines the folks in line are stranded a distance away from the bulletin board too far to read community notices, too far to pick up local pamphets and community newspapers without having to lose a place in line.
