Core Optimal

Fall into Fitness and dedicate 60 minutes a week to obtain a toned body, shapely arms and legs and a strong core. The class will incorporate pilates, yoga, core, upper and lower body moves. Focus will be on strength, balance and flexibility. Please wear sneakers, bring a set of 3-pound weights, a yoga block, strap and mat.

8 week session
Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm
$80 / $70 for members of the Dedham Community House
