DIAL UP YOUR INNER SUPER HERO WITH NEW WORKOUT FROM BOSTON SPORTS CLUBS AND MARVEL

The Thor Thunder Workout is a cardio and strength workout
incorporating a mixture of Mixed Martial
Arts moves (MMA) and kick boxing choreography with the Thor hammer as a prop for the exercises performed.
 The majority of the class will consist of
performing the moves solo while a portion of the class will have a partner component added to them to simulate
battles (all non-contact). The exercise maneuvers
will maintain the essence of Thor’s combat moves utilizing his mystical hammer while incorporating
modern day fitness techniques and fighting styles.
Moves will include choreographed fighting hammer slams, flying hammer side lunges and rotational hammer
tosses. 



Thor’s Thunder Workout is a FREE class for both members and non-members
and will be offered on Wednesdays at
4:30pm at BSC’s Government Center Location.
