The Confidence Course: Letting Go of Limitations

The simple yet effective meditations in this course will give us the inner space and clarity to tap into a reservoir of true confidence within, allowing us to become the person we want to be.
The general structure of a class:
- Simple guided breathing meditation
- Practical teaching on how to solve problems in daily life
- Second guided meditation on the teaching topic
- Brief discussion or Q & A
After the class everyone is welcome to stay for light refreshments.
