Nature Photography Series at Franklin Park Zoo

Have a love of nature and photography? Want to improve your photography skills? Sign-up for the Nature Photography Series at Franklin Park Zoo! In this series led by Steve McGrath, a professional freelance photographer and photography teacher with more than 20 years of experience, you'll learn how to use all the functions of your digital camera, such as camera modes, white balance, ISO, macro, panoramic options and more. You'll also cover composition and the digital photo management of your images using Photoshop. There will be occasional assignments, student critique of others' work and time to photograph the animals. 

The cost is $10 per hour for Zoo members and $15 per hour for non-members. Sign up for as many classes as you'd like - there is no limit! Each class has a maximum of 15 participants and the minimum age requirement is 16 years old.Equipment is not included in the classes; participants must bring their own cameras and equipment.
