Four More Stories from Real People

With just over two weeks until Election Day, we’re working harder than ever. And in these long days and late nights, what keeps me inspired and determined are the stories I hear from volunteers and supporters from every neighborhood in Boston.

I know that you’re busy, but please take a few minutes to watch these video testimonials. Meg sent out the first three short videos last week, and here are four more.

This campaign is about Thelma Burns in Dorchester, who shared my track record of serving our seniors, and it’s about Clarence Cooper in Mattapan who talks about my long relationship with the Caribbean community.

Listen to Sara Demeter and Anita Cooper's story about the importance of art and music in their kids' public schools - and how I have helped to make that happen. And make sure to watch Dr. Ulric Johnson’s video - he and I share the belief that the best way to reverse the epidemic of violence in our communities is to empower our youth with access to good jobs and a strong education.

Check back at our website to see more videos that will be added right up through Election Day, and please contact the campaign at info@connollyforboston.com if you have a story that you would like to share.
