Boston Police Gaelic Column Help NYPD Pipes and Drums on Saturday Night at Irish Social Club

Boston Police Gaelic Column helps out New York Police Department Pipes and Drums Members who lost their homes due to Hurricane Sandy

SAVE THE DATE:  Saturday, January 16th for Operation Bands for Brothers; BPD helps NYPD.

The Boston Police Gaelic Column (bag pipers from the Boston Police Department) will host a fundraiser at the Irish Social Club on Saturday, January 19th beginning at 5:30 pm to raise money for nearly a dozen NYPD Pipes and Drums police who lost their homes in NY and NJ due to Hurricane Sandy.  Admission is only $20 and tickets can be purchased for $25 at the door or at The Corrib, West Roxbury Pub and West on Centre as well as at the Irish Social Club or at the door.  Donations should be made payable to NYPD Piper Relief Fund and either mailed or dropped off at The Irish Social Club, 119 Park Street, West Roxbury, MA  02132.

Irish bands have donated their time for the event including:  The Fenian Sons, Pauline Wells and Devri, Sunday's Well, Erin Og, Silver Spears and The Wild Rovers.  There will be a cash bar and Silent Auction.  Please call Mary Maloney, President of the Irish Social Club at 617-549-9812 (cell), 617-327-7131 (home) or at the Irish Social Club at 617-327-7306 to make arrangements for auction items or Sgt.
