G. Ross Birch, Sr.: West Roxbury Resident, Former Parkway Little League Coach

G. Ross Birch, Sr., of West Roxbury, passed away on Wednesday, March 24. 

Beloved husband of Mary (Mullowney), loving frather of G. Ross Birch, Jr. and his wife Jennifer (O'Connell) of West Roxbury, Kevin Birch and his wife Mary (Kerins) of Walpole and Kathleen Hubbard and her husband William of West Roxbury. 

Brother of Gorman and her husband Leigh of New Jersey. Proud grandfather of Ross, Kate, James, Michael, Ryan, Colin and Kerin Birch, and Billy, Caroline, and Shannon Hubbard.

A funeral will take place from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. in West Roxbury on Thursday, May 22 at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass in St. Theresa Church, 2078 Centre St. in West Roxbury at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, May 21, from 3-8 p.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
