Mary Kate Rowley: Former Jamaica Plain Resident, Irish Social Club Member

Mary Kate (O’Malley) Rowley, of West Roxbury and formerly of Jamaica Plain and Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, Ireland, died on March 18, 2014, according to an obituary on CurrentObituary.com, which can be read in full below.

Beloved wife of the late Patrick Rowley. Loving Mother of Eileen Harrington and her late husband Patrick of West Roxbury, John Rowley and his wife Maureen of Needham, James Rowley and his wife Joanne of West Roxbury, Maureen Mannix and her husband Kevin of West Roxbury and the late Thomas Rowley and his wife Katherine of West Roxbury. 

Loving Sister of Elizabeth Lally and her husband John of Brookline, and the late Margaret, William, Patrick, James, Nora, Ellen, Bridget, and John. Loving Grandmother of Kristen, John, Christine, Jimmy, Julie, Kevin, Katherine, Thomas, Patricia, Laura, and Kevin. Great-grandmother of four. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her. 

A funeral will take place from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. in West Roxbury on Saturday, March 22 at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church at 10. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Late member of the Irish Social Club, Third Order of St. Francis, and the Co. Mayo Club.
